To help us send the perfect vehicle configuration, we just need your exact pickup dates, times, and addresses, alongside the specific type of mobility device being used and the total number of additional passengers or carers joining you.
Confirm Funding & Payment
Before your journey begins, our coordination team will help you settle the trip details, as we seamlessly handle NDIS plan-managed payments, private card or cash transactions, corporate accounts, and various government transport subsidies.
Receive Confirmation & Track Your Ride
Once your booking is fully processed, you will receive an immediate SMS or email confirmation for complete peace of mind, and your dedicated driver will contact you on the day of travel when they are on their way to ensure a stress-free pickup.
