Pick Your Booking Method
Use our online form, or send your trip details to bookings@wheelchairmaxi.au. The whole process takes under three minutes.
Step 2
Share Your Trip Details
Let us know the date, time, pick-up address, type of mobility device, and how many passengers or carers are coming along.
Step 3
Sort Payment
Our team confirms funding and payment before the trip. We process NDIS plans, TAC, WorkSafe, corporate accounts, card, and cash.
Step 4
Get Confirmed and Tracked
You receive an instant SMS or email confirmation. On the day, your driver calls when they are on the way so you are ready at the door.
